WorkMate AI workspace

Responsible AI

How WorkMate AI works — and how to use it safely.

WorkMate AI is designed to help you move from discussion to done — but AI output is a draft, not a decision. This page explains what to keep in mind when relying on any AI-generated content in this workspace.

AI can make mistakes

Generated content may contain factual errors, misinterpretations, or omissions. Always review before acting on it.

Review before you use it

Treat every output as a starting draft. Read, edit, and verify against source information before sharing externally.

Protect confidential information

Do not enter confidential workplace information without appropriate permission or clearance from your organisation.

Priorities are suggestions

AI priority rankings and productivity recommendations are guidance only. Your judgment and context matter more.

You remain responsible

You are responsible for final decisions, communications, and commitments made based on AI outputs.

Incomplete input, incomplete output

AI can misunderstand vague or missing information. Be specific — and check assumptions the AI flags in its response.

Session-only processing

Your information is processed for generating responses and is not permanently stored by this application. Content you paste in one feature is kept only in your current browser session so you can pass it to the next step (for example, from Meeting Summarizer to Task Planner) and is cleared when you close the tab.
